Accommodation Facilities Within Semliki National Park
Nestled on the floor of the Semliki Valley on the secluded western side of the Rwenzori Mountains is the extraordinary Semliki Forest National Park. The area was initially created as a Forest Reserve in 1932 and later became a National Park in 1993. This is oneof the places where we find the pygmies in Uganda. The park extends for 220 square kilometers (85 square miles/22000 hectares), the Park is a haven to over 53 species of mammal (27 of them being large mammals) and more than 440 bird species, making it one of the most endowed yet greatly explored destinations for memorable tours in Uganda.

Ntoroko Game Lodge
Ntoroko Game Lodge is a luxury facility is found within Semliki Wildlife Reserve, at the shores of Lake Albert in the western side of Uganda on the unspoiled areas between Fort Portal and Bundibugyo. Opened in 2014 and run as a concession from Uganda Wildlife Authority, the Game Lodge is a known place for honeymooners, leisure tourists and group travelers and offers several in-room facilities such as comfortable en-suite bedrooms, metallic safes, private verandas overlooking the lush gardens and the Lake, hairdryers, toiletries, fans, hair dryers and heaters among others. There is also a large restaurant to enjoy some of the mouth-watering meals prepared and accommodation is inform of house tents, Honeymoon suite tent and deluxe tents.
Semliki Safari Lodge
This up-market Safari Lodge is found within Toro-Semliki Wildlife Reserve near the Semliki Forest National Park and accommodates up to 18 visitors thus offering a perfect stay while on Uganda safaris. The Lodge features a number of Canvas Tents with flush toilets, golden-hued tents with shinny hardwood floors, tents sheltered by dense thatch roof and en-suite bathrooms with running water as well as hot showers.
Semliki Safari Lodge also features several facilities/amenities such as a swimming pool with clean and crystal clear waters, a large main Lodge with thatched roof, a lounge, well stocked bar and a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious local and international cuisines.
Kirimia Guesthouse
Kirimia Guesthouse is a nice budget accommodation facility situated within Kirimia Village, only 100 meters from the famous Kirimia Trail Head hence an ideal place for tourists interested in nature walks through the trail. Additionally, the accommodation facility is approximately 10 kilometers from the popular Sempaya Hot springs along the route leading to Bundibugyo Town and spending overnights within this Guesthouse offers tourists with a close encounter with the Park with its exceptional attractions especially primates (such as the chimpanzees, red-tailed monkeys, blue monkeys and black and white colobus monkeys), birds, trees and butterflies.
UWA (National Park) Bandas and Campsites
The Uganda Wildlife Authority owns and manages a number of Bandas and Campsites within Bumaga, between Sempaya and Ntandi on the main Bundibugyo Road at about 2.5 kilometers from Sempaya starting point for activities in Semliki National Park
Meals within this accommodation facility are always arranged on request but there are also catering equipments for hire for tourists interested in self-catering during their trip in Semliki Forest National Park.
There are plans to open the Sempaya Rest Camp but other accommodation facilities are outside the National Park but are easily accessible to tourists visiting the site and they include Kyaninga Lodge, Soka Hotel, Riviera Inn, Mountains of the Moon, Fort Motel, Eriba Guesthouse, Palace Motel, Rujuna Hilltop Guesthouse, Continental Hotel, Palace View Hotel, Tooro Resort (within Fortportal Town) and Rwenzori View Guesthouse among others.
